Ortensia Tuscan White Wine - Pack of 6 750ml Bottles

Obtained from Moscato grapes, it has a straw-yellow colour, a very floral aroma with broad hints of peach, a fresh, savoury flavour, with a very persistent aftertaste. 

The grapes selected after manual harvesting ferment in stainless steel tanks with constant temperature control and the use of selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins lasts a total of 18 days, during which frequent and delicate pumping over is carried out to facilitate the extraction of aromatic and colouring substances. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for approximately 6/8 months and a further two months in the bottle after malolactic fermentation.
