Moscato Passito White Wine
The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small perforated boxes, and are left to complete the drying process in a room with controlled temperature and humidity. Once the right degree of drying and noble rot attack has been reached, a soft pressing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation in 300-liter tonneaux are carried out. Golden yellow with amber reflections. The nose is intense and penetrating, with hints of candied fruit (orange and citron) accompanied by hints of cinnamon and cream caramel. The flavor is sweet, with persuasive and velvety tannins that make it long even in the finish. Aromatic and very persistent aftertaste with slightly spicy sensations of rose. Excellent with desserts, but especially with goat cheeses and foie gras.
